FirstEnergy Chain of Dishonor  

FirstEnergy has entered into commerce, received multiple lawful tenders and affidavits, and failed to respond in honor. Over the course of 2024–2025, the company:

• Ignored five lawful tenders of payment (Bills of Exchange).

• Rejected or remained silent on multiple affidavits of dishonor, enforcement, and fiduciary status.

• Issued coercive shutoff threats and false billing while lawful instruments were on record.

• Executed a forced disconnection on July 23, 2025, in civil conspiracy with Euclid Police, without warrant, court order, or judicial process.

The result is a documented chain of dishonor: presentment → dishonor → default → enforcement. Every unrebutted notice stands as commercial fact under UCC Articles 3 and 9, fixing liability and escalating penalties.
